Detailed (Okay, Maybe Not) Bios of the Spirits and Souls and Stuff

This is a page for the elusive spiritual characters. Most of them are more or less good I think.

Din, Nayru, Farore, the Maker of Triforce

The most powerful and revered deities under the Supreme Mother herself. In fact, these three Goddesses modeled themselves around the Supreme Mother's creation of Soul. The three Goddesses made Hyrule: Din maade the land, Nayru made the law, and Farore made those which would abide by the law. They are also the creators of the Triforce. Their current location iis not known to any.

Derdekea, the Supreme Mother

DerdekeaThe Supreme Mother. One of the most enigmatic Characters in the series, and possibly the most powerfu. Derdekea is in the midst of a 'game' where Darkrova is her opponent for reasons unknown. The rumored so-called 'Fourth Piece' of the Triforce irritates her. In truth, the 'Fourth Piece' is the force that Derdekea made as the Supreme Mother. The Goddesses of Hyrule based themselves around Soul, and then proceeded to make Hyrule, in doing so, becoming the next most powerful Deities.

After Eloa introduced Spirit to Void, it was decided to share power equally between the Deities. Derdekea refused to give up her power, and was thus banished. The specifics of that event are unknown.

Derdekea is back in Hyrule through means unknown, and has a mission to protect the 'Balance'. Her vengence towards the other Deities is assumed to be gone.

Eloa, Tear of the Divine

Eloa was the creator of the Force known as Spirit, who aided Link's crossing of the great expanse of Hyrule Field. Farore, the Goddess of Courage, created life using Derdekea's force known as Soul, the basis of all life. Yet she also required Spirit to create conscious life. Thus, Eloa also played a big role in the Creation.

It was Eloa's idea to create a Balance of Power between the Deities, which, in turn, resulted in Derdekea's banishment. She now helps Link and his friends on their Journey, giving insights and tips. She is always vague, though.

She also spends most of her time commenting to Kamali.

Kamali, the Spirit Protector

Eloa's servant, but the two banter constantly and seem to have playful relationship. Presumed dead or at least missing after a mission to the Kokiri Forest with Impa and Palous. The mysterious Shiekah and his enigmatic master seem to have their own agenda which they are following.

Somaria,Great Fairy of the Mountain

The Great Fairy of Death Mountain, Somaria's appearance differs from her sisters by her blue color and gossamer wings. She trusts Urius, her friend and servant, but went berserk after Derdekea influenced her mind. Derdekea had told Somaria to guard the mysterious Book of Durak even at the cost of her own existance; these extreme instructions caused the normally serene fairy to become agitated and paranoid, demanding that Urius give her the book even though she was the one who told him to conceal it where no mortal could find it. Her current status is unkown.

Raziel, Great Fairy of the Zora Fountain

The Great Fairy of the Zora Fountain, Raziel shows herself to Luto, the Zora princess. With her urging, Luto brought Link and his group to the fairy who aided their quest by giving Yomil a magical enhancement called Farore's Wind. Although urged to leave her fountain, she decided to stay rather than flee the comming apocolypse of Death Mountain. Her appearance is that of a beautiful woman, wrapped in vines, with bright pink hair. Her status is unkown.

Quasare, Great Fairy of the Immortal

The great fairy of power. Much less of an impressive countenane than Someria or Raziel. Appears to be a short woman in a brightly colored dress and long fiery hair. She has a very outspoken and joking personality. She teaches Link magic by punching him in the face. She also give the hero of time a special magic sheild that protects him from injury untill its "Heart Meter" runs out.

Her fountain is near what used to be Hyrule castle, and now has a back entrance leading to the temple of immortality, though she has plans to build a concrete wall there.

Armaita, Great Fairy of the Desert

Armaita was summoned by Anthy through extraordinary means. She gave the Bride of Light a Black Rose, appearently she had recieved it from the Supreme Mother to aid the Hero of Time. Her appearance matches Raziel, pink hair, and clothing seeming to be made of vines, with a humanoid appearance, yet she seemed less livlier. Not much else is known about her.

Nylashira, Great Fairy of Termina

Nylashira was one of the last creaures left in Termina. She takes on the appearance of a little girl, and gave Link the Fierce Deity Mask. Link used this mask to defeat the force known as Malous, a combination of Palous and Majora.

Rauru, the Sage of Light

A mysterious old man who used to be the Sage of Light centuries ago. It is unkown what role he plays in the 'Game' besides the fact that he has hostile feelings toward Kamali. He resents the fact that the Sages have almost no power, as each successive generation of Sages became weaker and weaker. His whereabouts are unkown.

Saria, the Sage of Forest

A mysterious green haired girl who appeared to Link for a few moments in the forest. She seems eternally sad and claims she is immortal and that her curse took what was most dear to her. She seemed escpecially sad about the Kokiri's existance. After the Kokiri migrated deeper into the Forest where they lost all contact to the world (some say there are living walls of vegetation that keep a part of the forest completely blocked), Saria had the opportunity to leave the Forest, where her body aged. She was forced to return though, and thinks of the event as a cruel joke. She also left Link a Bow and Arrow, as well as a mysterious Ocarina.

It has also been revealed that Saria staged the kidnapping with Impa to fight off the Evil Darkrova. This mission cost the Sheikah Clan two of their last warriors: Kamali and Palous.

It was later descovered that after being brought to Castle Hyrule, Saria was partly responsible for the death of both the King and Queen. She had used the Kokiri Emerald, its power twisted by Darkrova, causing a cataclysmic explosion.

Saria's current whereabouts are not known.

Ling-Ling, the Spirit Guide

A strange animal which Anthy was found talking to in the forest. The panda is especially agile and short tempered, not hesitating to hit others with her bamboo cane and give them her fear inspiring glare. She communicated with others by a magical wooden sign who's messages would constantly change. It was revealed that she was a friend of Saria and that she could also speak normally besides her trademark, "Pao!". She dissapeared with Saria; her exact nature and existance or purpose is unkown.

Impa, the Sage of Shadow

Zelda's mysterious nurse who seems to be able to change between two forms at will. It is rumored that there has always been an 'Impa' who lived in the castle; but most thought it just meant there were different women with the name Impa. It would seem that there is only one Impa and her true intentions are not known. She trained Zelda in the ways of the Shiekah, but indirectly. It is assumed that the knowledge was unlocked when the Shadow Nocturne was played in a music box Impa had left for Zelda. Impa left the girl the night before the fire which destroyed the castle. Her age is unkown but through her converstions with her son Palous, it can be inferred that she should be dead by all logic.

Impa, Palous, and Kamali, the last of the Sheikah, where part of a suicidal mission to the Kokiri Forest. Their mission was to capture the former Sage Saria to analyze the Princess' dreams. This of course, was all staged by the two Sages, but was an excuse to get close enough to Castle Hyrule to watch for the coming Evil. Unfortunately, Palous and Kamali both dropped out of the Sheikah, feeling the mission was stupid and unnecessary. Kamali, personally felt the immorality of killing Kokiri, which actually turned out to be Deku Scrubs in disguise. Kamali was presumed dead, and Palous left the Castle.

Impa's current whereabouts are unknown.

Salve, the Voice of Light

Salve came to Link and revealed to him the purpose of his quest after the Erruption of Death Mountain. She was the one who revealed to the Heroes thei roles in destiny, as the Hero, Sage, King, and Sorceror of Time. It is revealed that Salve and Gamiel can't directly interfere with the real world, yet giving clues is still a possiblity.

Gamiel, the Voice of Dark

Gamiel, like Salve, representsone of the forces that will determine the Balance. Though not necessarily Evil, Gamiel is connected to the Dark side. It is revealed that Gamiel tried to help the Side of Dark much like Salve had, but failed. It is revealed that Salve and Gamiel can't directly interfere with the real world, yet giving clues is still a possiblity.

Eth, Dealer of Time

Eth plays a small yet important part in the Balance of Power. He is neither light nor Dark, but will interact with both sides. He is the one that will determine the destined path of the Players. In ths case, he is the one who determined which Temple each Hero would go to.
